Disney... our most popular wish for sure. But granting the heartfelt magical wish of a beauty like Melina, while making a forever memory with her little sister ... well, it never gets old! Melina is 7 and absolutely loves her 5 year old sister, Adella. The two girls had fun dressing up as princesses visiting the parks and getting to meet their favorite princesses they had only dreamed about. Melina has endured numerous surgeries in her young life but continues to march on with a smile. This wish trip was exactly what the doctor ordered for this little family! Wish granters John and Carla McIntosh were enamored with both girls!
